Clare has absolutely helped me. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure I understand all the available options. I feel totally comfortable speaking with Clare - she is a super communicator, very approachable and knows how to people at ease. Minimum jargon maximum support!

What could they have done better?
The only improvement would have been to the initial process of understanding how my SIPP would work, in that it would have been beneficial to list out the different costs involved, more succinctly. Having the costs explained all together would have reassured me more easily, As it is, now 3 years on, I understand more the reason for the costs and accept that they are absolutely justifiable for the high quality products & service I receive from Alex & TPO.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I left my full time employment a year before I'd planned & wanted to know how much & far Amy private pensions would provide for me, so I could establish what my options were in regards to requiring some type of employment or not at that point. ,

Alex has helped me immensely. He provided very clear advice and documented facts & figures as to what my options were, enabling me to make a well educated, confident decision as to what I should do at that crossroads in my life.
