Honestly, nothing that I can think of. Jacob was clear, professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Everything was explained perfectly and handled really well.

I wanted proper long-term guidance on how to invest a sizeable amount of money in the smartest and safest way. I’m still quite young, so I needed someone who could explain everything clearly and help me build a solid financial plan for my future. I didn’t have much financial guidance around me, so finding someone trustworthy was important.

He has been amazing. Everything has been done in a timely manner and and we have felt he has always had our best interests at heart, even advising not to bring over one of my pensions, as it was doing so well as it is. It has also been great that he has shown care for us as people rather than just as a client
