What could they have done better?
TPO only managed an average performance during the bull market of the 2010s, prior to Emily's tenure. More recently, they have performed well. Throughout, their client communication has been excellent and I trust them completely.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Early retirement with adequate capital.
How has Emily helped you?
She took over my account from predecessor advisers. She's always promptly available and diligent. The company, TPO, has always been honest and has managed my funds well enough, given the financial circumstances.

Generally, yes.

What could they have done better?
Nothing. I am very satisfied with the service provided.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I initially sought financial advice in the run-up to my retirement in 2019. Since then, the advice has focussed on effective management of my investments, and long-term planning, including inheritance tax.
How has Alex helped you?
Alex has been my financial advisor for 10+ years and provides an exceptional level of service. The annual financial reviews which he provides are extremely helpful; thorough, carefully explained and tailored to my needs and level of financial knowledge. Alex listens carefully and has an excellent understanding of my financial position, attitude to risk, concerns and aspirations. When I recently needed to release some funds at short notice he responded quickly and did everything necessary to ensure the money was transferred in time. Communication with Alex is always excellent and I have 100% confidence in his advice.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, absolutely. I have seen my investments grow and I am confident that they are being well managed. If I need advice, I know that Alex will always respond quickly and deliver what’s needed. He is also very approachable and easy to talk to - not essential, but I personally find that a big plus when seeking financial advice, which is a subject that can feel daunting.

After the death of my husband Derek in 2021 we found the amount of money involved meant us needing expert financial advice and contacted Donna to help us.
How has Donna helped you?
She has been very understanding and knowledgeable of all things financial and has advised us as to how we can best deal with the monies we have. With investments, ISAS, and bank accounts.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
