What could they have done better?
I am struggling here to find anything. Dean has always been super response to ant queries I have had.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I withdrew my final salary pension and needed someone to look after it for me
How has Dean helped you?
Via the cashflow model he helped me establish if I had sufficient funds to retire. Via Dean and TPO I have seen excellent growth from my investments, significantly higher than I was expecting. Once retired he and TPO make it very easy go be arrangement monthly payments to me whilst also ensuring the correct tax is paid.

Ye it has worked out wonderfully.

As a family we have worked with TPO for a number of years. George was asked to work with us when our previous TPO advisor left the company.

What could they have done better?
I was slightly disappointed with the initial speed of the transfer from work to private. The transfer amount was only valid for a 3 month period and because of the delay my transfer value dropped massively.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I needed to transfer my work based pension for inheritance reasons.

I had retired with a sum of money which I had worked hard for and it was time for the money to work for me now and therefore I sought professional financial advice
