Honestly, nothing that I can think of. Jacob was clear, professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Everything was explained perfectly and handled really well.

Everything has been done in a timely manner and and we have felt he has always had our best interests at heart, even advising not to bring over one of my pensions, as it was doing so well as it is. It has also been great that he has shown care for us as people rather than just as a client
