What could they have done better?
Not a lot ! Being a bit of a technophobe , I might appreciate a seminar on an idiots guide to all aspects of the personal online information dashboard as I suspect I'm only using it to 10% of its capacity !

We discovered that our previous IFA had decided to sell his practice. We were not consulted and did not like his choice of potential successor. Friends recommended TPO to us as an alternative

Changed FA as very unhappy with one I'd had fro n umber of years. TPO was chosen after considerable research. I was passed onto Jay this year as the previous FA left TPO.
