To gather our pension pots that were not defined benefit employment and put to them into a SIPP.
How has Jack helped you?
Jack is extremely knowlegable not just about pensions and how to deal with them appropriately but he has also given us advice on savings, the best way to find good business accounts, Inheritance tax advice and has been able to deal with any financial question we threw at him. He is very personable and articulate and explains everything in a clear and simple manner. He is a real pleasure to deal with.

What could they have done better?
The only difficulty I have had has been my own difficulty mentioned above in now needing to manage my financial life on the internet in this increasingly digital world. But there is no going back on that one!
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Katie is currently an Associate Financial Adviser in TPO, and I met her as an associate of Roger Clarke who is a Partner in TPO. I have known Katie herself a comparatively short time but Roger Clarke has been my Financial Adviser for nearly 30years, and before that the adviser to my husband. When my husband died, I was most grateful for the very helpful and sound financial advice Roger provided then and ever since. I therefore have full confidence in his now including Katie in our meetings to discuss and advise me on my financial affairs both now and in the future.
How has Katie helped you?
Katie has provided me with sound, full and prompt answers to my questions when I have contacted her by phone. Such questions have included, for example, some of the figures I have needed for completing my HMRC Income Tax Return. In particular this has been helpful when I have had difficulty seeking the right information for myself on the internet.
