What could they have done better?
Nothing really, I am completely satisfied with the service I receive from TPO and in particular Dan who is a credit to the firm.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was contemplating retiring early and wasn’t sure whether I could afford to do this. I knew I needed independent advice to help me with this decision and having searched Unbiased TPO seemed to fit my aspirations for an IFA and had offices local to me.
How has Dan helped you?
Dan gave me clear & concise finanacial advice enabling me to retire early, ensuring there was no impact on my lifestyle and giving me the confidence to enjoy my retirement.

To gather our pension pots that were not defined benefit employment and put to them into a SIPP.
How has Jack helped you?
Jack is extremely knowlegable not just about pensions and how to deal with them appropriately but he has also given us advice on savings, the best way to find good business accounts, Inheritance tax advice and has been able to deal with any financial question we threw at him. He is very personable and articulate and explains everything in a clear and simple manner. He is a real pleasure to deal with.
