As far as I am concerned I am completely happy with all the advice I have had and anything I have asked has been dealt with to my satisfaction.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was coming towards retirement age and needed a professional Financial Adviser to help me sort out my various pensions and advise me on the best way to maximise the amounts I had invested in them.
How has Steffan helped you?
Steffan listened to my various queries with regard to my pension pots and then asked me several questions as to what I wanted to do lifestyle wise and more importantly investment wise. He then gave me several options that were available to me and let me decide what to do. He did not push me into one scheme or another, just allowed me to make up my own mind whilst advising me on the different scenarios and their possible outcomes.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes most definitely. My pension pot has seen significant growth and I have been able to make withdrawals based as and when needed.
