When starting this process I was concerned I did not really understand where our financial position could take us was concerned regarding news in the press regarding bad experiences suffered by some. I am happy to state that Steffan allayed our fears with clear and concise language and demonstrations. Having stated that I do not feel Steffan could have done anything more for us we are entirely happy with the advice given and actions taken.

My decision to leave full time employment and rely upon financial resources saved over a lifetime of work.
