He has supported me over a couple of years through illness at work. He has always been there to help me in some of the most difficult personal circumstances. He is kind and very knowledgeable.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely. It’s helped me to move towards a new job and get my pension from a 34 year career.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. He is very helpful and totally trustworthy. His advice is sound.

Because of our ages, we need to get better plan for our retirement. And we need advice from specialist who is the best and experienced in this area.

He was very straightforward and advise with full details but easy to understand for every single area.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I hope so and I believe it will be. Because we are pretty new customer I haven't seen full progress yet but I do strongly think it will happen.
