What could they have done better?
Not a lot really. Some of the financial plan can be a bit tricky to fully understand but overall we are comfortable with it.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We were looking for guidance on pensions, specifically with a view to early retirement and had a private pension that was not performing well.
How has Jack helped you?
Jack advised us on where to transfer our main pension funds and also smaller transfers of small funds as well as providing a longer term financial plan. Jack also helped with guidance on tax and how to be more tax efficient.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
So far yes, the main private pension has performed well and overall guidance has been positively received.
