What could they have done better?
Everything was totally satisfactory from start to finish.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We have no dependents who would really need an inheritance so decided to put the Equity in our house to use now for home improvements and a newer car. We had considered using companies that advertise in newspapers or on the television but preferred to discuss equity release face-to-face.
How has Simon helped you?
We knew that Simon was involved with setting up the Principles of the Equity Release Council in 2012 so we had every confidence he would be trustworthy, experienced and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to our requirements and found the ideal solution for us.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was looking to release some equity from my property to help me make the most/enjoy my retirement, and also to help my daughter financially
How has Simon helped you?
Simon listened, discussed and explained everything in great detail .. answering my many questions!! I never felt I couldn’t ask anything … sometimes more than once if didn’t understand after the initial answer. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
