What could they have done better?
From my own experience absolutely nothing, it has been a great experience and Keith's hard work to put this all in place for me has been excellent.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Contacted Keith following a discussion about investment advice from a respected associate. Needed advice on what I should do with a substantial sum of money. Keith provided excellent advice for future planning and wealth management. Keith and I are in discussions about Inheritance planning and Trust funds for my grandchildren.
How has Keith helped you?
Keith has been invaluable in setting up an investment bond, tax planning along with investments in ISA's. From our first meeting with Keith, where I explained that an earlier investment in the days before regulations had gone badly wrong, he has shown great care and consideration. Communication has been first class and Keith is always on hand to answer my questions, 7 days a week.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
My investment with Keith is still very new and I wouldn't expect to see immediate returns, but the Ap for the investment is so easy to use and provides daily updates which is nice to watch.
