What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I needed advice as I approached redundancy and wanted to know how best to protect my finances. I came to Jalapeño after disappointment with other organisations. Jalapeño was recommended to me by trusted colleagues at University, and I have been with this company ever since.
How has Adrian helped you?
Adrian has been consistent and conscientious in his attention to my changing financial needs, and I have benefitted greatly from his advice. He is respectful of my concerns, and is always well prepared in responding to my requests for new information and adjustments to my investment package. Good sense of humour, too!
