What could they have done better?
As we are happy with the service we have received, I don't believe it could be better at the moment.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Retirement, small inheritances from parents' estates, pensions becoming payable with lump sums to invest.

Tom has been very professional in explaining our choices, in encouraging us to look forwards with any future plans. He's given us direction for financial planning and so far, this has been very successful with better outcomes than we could have expected.

What could they have done better?
I couldn't fault Chris, he is always available and happy to attend my mother's home whenever required. Having recently lost my father, Chris has been a constant support for us, which has been a great comfort for my mother in particular.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was retiring early and wanted a trusted CF financial advisor to guide me through the process. My father had been a long standing client of Chris up until his death in January 2026, Chris was a tried, tested and excellent choice to settle me into my retirement and my wife and I have been delighted with his help

Chris guided me through the transition into retirement expertly, which has allowed me a year to watch my young grandchildren grow, time I could not have enjoyed if I was still working.

We have certainly reaped the rewards from Chris's advise and guidance and have been delighted with the outcome.
