What could they have done better?
I am totally satisfied thus far. I don't know what could be better so long as performance continues as earlier. There is no reason to suspect that it won't.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My drawdown pension was set up by Sophie's predecessor and FB Wealth were the local advisors proposed by my employer. On retirement, I had a reasonable fund that needed managing. I don't know enough to deal with it myself. 10 years later, I have yet to find any fault in FB Wealth or it's advisors.

Sophie has helped me to review my current risk options and recommended a company to manage my investment which reflects my attitude to risk while providing me with steady income.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
For 10 years, the outcome has been better than expected. Sophie only recently took over from my previous advisor at FB so it is too soon to attribute the old results to her but she is continuing the previous good work in the same vein. I have no reason to expect anything but a continuation of previous results.
