What could they have done better?
I can't think of anything particular that Kiran could have done better, she is always ready to help and that's what I need. I plan to talk with Kiran about poor pension advice I received in the past, as part of a TUPE transfer in 2004, to understand if there is some way I can resolve this twenty years later.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I initally had a private pension fund with Allied Dunbar, this subsequently passed to different financial companies. Kiran approached me when my fund was assigned to her company a numbe of years ago.
How has Kiran helped you?
Kiran has helped me to understand more about my pension options, she has helped me to consolidate some other pension accounts. Kiran also helped me with available options, to assist a shortfall which was associated with an endowment mortage fund.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, I closed my bad performing endowment fund and transferred it into my pension as part of a longer term plan.

What could they have done better?
I have very little improvement to offer Tudor personally as his service has been exceptional. Perhaps outlining associated costs annually would be useful for my own clarity.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I wanted to align my accountancy and investments/ pension. My accountants, Wellers recommended The Penny Group.
How has Tudor helped you?
Tudor assessed my financial risk approach and recommended ISA savings as well as setting up a pension. He has managed my financial portfolio and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, after a dip in return after the initial set up, and economy contexts, I’m very much seeing the outcome outlines at orbital meeting.
