How has Russell helped you?
Russell has helped me to structure an investment portfolio, where he took the time to complete a holistic review of my finances, which meant he could evaluate the best options available for me to invest in and also combine pensions. From here we developed a strategic plan to manage my finances long term. Russell is an experienced and very knowledgeable advisor who is trustworthy, empathetic, transparent and really has a genuine friendly approach which makes him very easy to work with. His excellent communication meant he was able to break down financial jargon in simplistic terms which has made me feel informed and confident in the decisions I have made. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls I made. Vey customer focused, with great attention to detail.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes - Russell has set up my savings and pension funds onto 2 different investment platforms which are easy for me to log into - I have already seen good returns on my investments made.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. Russell has more than gone the extra mile to support me with financial planning over what has been a challenging few months. He has dealt with 3rd party providers on my behalf when needed which has taken a massive pressure of me. Thank you for your support and guidance with all financial advice you have given me to achieve my financial goals. I would highly recommend. Thanks Russell!

I was buying a house and needed help finding the best mortgage.
How has Russell helped you?
Russell promptly helped me find the best mortgage deal available. I am a first time buyer and he has been great at explaining to me the process of buying a house at every step along the way.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I am still waiting for the sale to be complete but certainly have been very happy with the advice I have gotten regarding the mortgage.

I was new to the mortgage world and I needed help getting the best results
How has Russell helped you?
Russell has been helping not only me but my whole family for many years. He has helped my parents, my brother and now myself each time I require advice or my mortgage needs moved and he always goes above and beyond to get me the best deal. Russell will always keep an eye on current affairs and keep me up to date if he thinks something would benefit me or my family. Most recently he helped me get a fantastic deal on a mortgage before the interest rates had risen dramatically. This was all on his professional knowledge and without his advice I would be paying a lot more than I am now. He is very polite, friendly and helpful in everything he does. Thanks Russell.
