What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Selling my flat and purchasing a new home (the former ended up being a let-to-buy situation as we retained the flat and are currently renting it out)
How has Lauren helped you?
I couldn't have asked for a better Advisor than Lauren to support us through the process of obtaining a mortgage for my new house and a let-to-buy mortgage for my flat, as well as assisting with life insurance and landlord's insurance policies. Lauren is absolutely someone you need on your side when going through these processes - she knows her stuff inside and out, is thorough and remains human and empathetic when problems arise, as well as being a speedy problem solver. A guardian angel.
