Vanessa is helping family members and i needed support with all aspects of finance.
How has Vanessa helped you?
Supported me and my family. Helping us navigate the world of finance etc , which is very confusing at times and worrying, Vanessa helped with every stage and broke down the barriers of the financial jargon

What could they have done better?
I am a great believer in continous improvement for myself and in my personal life. I know that Vanessa is herself continually attending update sessions and improving her knowledge in the areas she works in. Vanessa a has support team and there have been delays in the delivery of some documentation which does impact Vanessa's ability to deliver on time. However, I would rather wait until the documentation is correct and double checked than rush it and get it wrong. When you rely on other people outside of your span of control in and outside of your working group, it does rather limit your ability to deliver on time. My advice, add a week to any timeline and it will be worth the wait.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I wanted to consolidate my financial arrangements but did not trust anyone to work in my best interests. I thought after the crash in 2008, Financial Advisers and Bankers were all the same. Untrustworthy, and unreliable.
How has Vanessa helped you?
Above all, Vanessa listened to what I wanted to acheive and then gave me alternatives to achieve my end goal. Once a plan was developed, Vanessa worked really hard to progress chase the people and organisations involved and did not stop until she got the answers we needed.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, I have seen the outcomes that I needed / aimed for and have benefited by acheiving the maximum outcomes possible at the time, given the fluctuating markets and changes in legislation. I am still planning and maximising my assests on a continuing basis with Vanessa.

Inherited money from my deceased parents

Helped invest safely with better interest than high street products Took all of the worry away from managing money

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My husband finally agreed to discuss writing a will.
How has Vanessa helped you?
Vanessa knew that my husband was uncomfortable talking about death which is why it had taken so long to organise our wills. Vanessa was empathetic, kept it very simple and was able to put my husband at ease. She helped us with wills, a trust and then we used her services to transfer our pensions.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Even more so, we have a better understanding of the services she has helped us with and trust that we have taken the right steps for our future as well as our daughters.
