What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I am a portfolio Landlord and was looking for advice on my existing mortgages and how I may grow my portfolio.
How has Scott helped you?
I would be lost without Scott. He not only helped me grown my portfolio, he reduced my mortgage by 8 years by proving a case study to move lenders mid-product by years. He supported me through covid to purchase another property in 2020 and again in 2022. Scott has since assisted me through the current financial storm caused by the Tories which resulted in a surge of interest rates over the last 13 months Scott has been instrumental in 10 transactions!
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely! Scott has a proven track record with me since 2015 we have worked on many deals. Scott is now assisting my 2nd family member with their mortgage and he has assisted friends. Two weeks ago I completed a remortgage of my residential home. I fully intend to add to my portfolio again this year and will be instructing Scott on further remortgages in November.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. Scott gives 100% every time, he has delivered on every deal since 2015!
