What could they have done better?
Nothing - very happy with the financial advice provided.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We were starting to think about our retirement and whether we would be financially secure. Jenny was recommended to us by a financial adviser we had worked with previously.
How has Jenny helped you?
The service we have received from Jenny has been excellent and was bespoke to our individual needs. Jenny is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Jenny conducted our meetings by Zoom at a time that worked best for us, this was extremely helpful as we are based over 2 hours away. She explained every step clearly and ensured we had the necessary information to make decisions about our future.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We have now completed the consolidation of our pensions and feel confident that we have made provision to ensure our retirement, whenever it comes, will be secure. We look forward to continuing to work with Jenny in the years to come, to review our ongoing financial/pension planning. We would not hesitate to recommend Jenny as a financial adviser.

Nothing, Jenny was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work through things with.

We were looking for advice and reassurance on what we've done with our investments and income.

Jenny has helped us very much, she had many suggestions and was very knowledgeable on the many alternatives. We learnt things we didn't know and find this reassuring and gives us other options to consider.

Retirement from full time position. Investment and advice regarding pension lump sum.

Not as yet, although global investments are starting to grow after volatility .

I had multiple work pensions all over the place and wanted to consolidate them to something more manageable and that I had confidence was doing what I needed.

She has helped me by advising which pensions to consolidate and the best pension to out them all in for the best financial security available for my circumstances.
