What could they have done better?
I don’t think Sophie could have done much more, explaining in details fields I didn’t understand and jargon as I’m outdated with things in latter years but a big smile and call anytime I’m here to help was my resssurance, she keeps her word!
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I needed a friendly confident and knowledgeable advisor in my area for advice on a pension and how to move it and use some of it for investing to help me to get back on track where another pension company had badly invested my retirement plan causing me a drastic loss.
How has Sophie helped you?
Being a female I felt instantly comfortable and she went through step by step to areas I didn’t understand. I’m glad I made a decision and have her as my advisor for the foreseeable future.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Already I have seen an slight improvement in my investment and it’s early days yet but o still feel Very confident she understands my needs and will be there to help at any point I need her.
