We needed advice on porting an existing mortgage, and then seeing through the process of a new mortgage at a later date

Paul made our options clear and easy to understand so we didn’t need to worry about moving home and managing the mortgage. He was a great help throughout our moving process.

I needed a mortgage.
How has Paul helped you?
The process of buying a house hit many snags along the way for me, people were not lying when they said it would cause a lot of stress. On one occasion the whole thing fell through after seven months of slow progress and I didn't end up moving for a couple of years after that. So two years later I tried again and it took many more months / problems cropping up to eventually complete the deal. One stable aspect throughout everything over the past few years though was the fact that Paul was very calm, patient, understanding, informative, quick to reply and even helped me with little questions which was not really in his job spec. He went above and beyond without it ever appearing contrived and it was much appreciated. Considering the amount of help he actually gave me, I felt the fee was very modest in a world where I'm used to bleeding money incessantly!

Yes, I have moved and have a mortgage I am happy with.

I contacted Graeme to obtain advice & to facilitate a number of Pension drawdowns. My husband has be using Graeme’s services for over 7 years now & has always been extremely pleased with the service.

Graeme helped massively with facilitating, liaising with various pension providers as there were a few challenges with the more complex pensions. Graeme completely dealt with it all & provided regular updates when appropriate.
