I initially approached Emma when I bought my first property and then again when I bought a buy to let property.
How has Emma helped you?
Emma has supported me with my mortgage arrangements for many years. I have returned to her at the end of each of my five-year fixed-term mortgage periods on my own property, and on both occasions she provided clear advice and helped me secure the most suitable remortgage options for my circumstances. In addition, Emma assisted me in obtaining a buy-to-let mortgage when I invested in a rental property. Most recently, she successfully helped me convert my residential mortgage to a buy-to-let mortgage after my existing lender was no longer willing to extend my consent-to-let arrangement. Throughout each of these transactions, Emma has been professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. She has taken the time to explain the options available, guide me through the process, and ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her expertise and support have given me confidence in making important property and financial decisions.

Was unsure of the process of switching my mortgage when moving house and wanted a mortgage to suit me and was affordable and help us apply for our life insurance.
