What could they have done better?
Unsure what happened, but it seems my name has been misquoted numerous times throughout the process - and in different ways too! Fortunately, I don't believe any official documentation had my name wrong, but a little attention to detail in this department would be good. Seeing as this is the only niggle, I have no issue recommending them.

First time buyer for a martgage.
