I’m not sure that anything can be improved on at the moment.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I had a pension sharing court order after a divorce. I needed help as to how to navigate what to do with my pension pot.
How has Shaun helped you?
Shaun oversaw everything to do with making sure that my pension pot was transferred to his company from the original provider. This all went smoothly and I was kept regularly informed.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
So far yes I think so. As a new client I didn’t really know what to expect but Shaun was really patient and explained everything to me (sometimes more than once).
