What could they have done better?
To have advised me earlier! It would have saved me time and money but this was my fault in not reaching out.

The ability to gather different parts of financial commitments and investments into one managble scheme and ability to control it quickly and easily with regard tax etc.

What could they have done better?
In my opinion I received the best advice in a quick turnaround time. I cannot think what he could have done better to improve on what he's done.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Pensions scare me. I'm about to retire. My current pensions have been with 2 large investment banks and were managed by them. I have left them to it but i really needed to get my head round pensions even if they still scare me.
How has Kieran helped you?
Kieran has been an absolute god send. He took his time and explained concepts so that i could understand. Sometimes having to explain the same concept in multiple ways and answering the same questions multiple times. He is incredibly patient and communicates well and quickly. Never made me feel stupid. He took the time to identify all my pensions and contact the providers for further details. I did not have to do anything except agree to the process. Following his advice I'm in a much better position to retire and have been able to release funds for use in a much better way and still maintain a good base pension.

Yes. I've been able to get funds to use in better ways and im seeing a good return on my pension.
