What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Myself and partner are both looking to plan for retirement at an age that suits us. Both still quite young and looking to save and invest towards this goal. Our mortgage advisor referred us to Neil. Word of mouth we feel has served us well in the past.
How has Neil helped you?
Neil has given us confidence in the steps we have already taken for our future planning and has also given us peace of mind that we are making the right decisions. We are really looking forward to a long and happy working relationship with him in the future.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We haven’t started regular working yet but he has answered some key questions at the offset which have made a big impact on our decision making regarding financial planning. Once we have our next big life event out the way (wedding) we will be back round the table to take the next steps.
What could they have done better?
Nothing at this point. Really happy with the free advice given and looking forward to future working relationships.

Neil put my retirement finances in order and I am delighted with the service which he provided and the advice which he gave. All the work was carried out in a diligent and professional way. Neil and his staff were friendly and welcoming and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services, especially to anyone who is anxious to ensure that their financial future is being placed with an adviser who understands their needs and their concerns

I had had my money in bonds for some years and wanted advice if there were other plans that would be more fruitful.
How has Neil helped you?
Neil was very thorough and went through my day to day expenses and formulated a new plan.

I am very pleased that my money has been spread into different savings and bonds.
What could they have done better?
I don't think he could have done better. He was very meticulous going over the different schemes and made it very easy to understand. He also helped with the transfers for which I was very grateful.

Neil has consolidated several ISA,s into one ISA and secured a higher interest rate. He also upgraded our prudential bond
