Listened to my specific request, too quick to do the easy stuff and very slow to deliver, that not just on Ben, its the same with previous advisors

I have been a customer for 6 years, but initially it was for retirement information

Ben was only assigned to me recently, there have been 5 different people viewing my portfolio since I was first a customer.

In a way, I still haven't seen the information I asked for. which was related to pension pot growth over the next 30 to 40 years after drawdown.

A Slightly better return would be nice, but i know Paul does is best each year for me.
