What could they have done better?
I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. Sean was always able to answer any questions/concerns I had. He also kept me informed as the process progressed to completing my new pension.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was nearing retirement age and had a variety of company pensions and wanted to consolidate these where it made sense as well as ensure that my pension fund continued to grow.

Nothing, we are very happy with the service we receive from Sean.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Sean looks after both mine and my husband’s pension. Initially, many years ago, an adviser was required purely for my pension as I had taken my local authority pension to access my lump sum when I became self employed and therefore needed to invest the rest of the pension into a private fund. As my husband approached retirement and was taking his pension from a housing association provider and a large company, Sean looked after this for him as well and has remained as our adviser ever since.
How has Sean helped you?
Sean has always given us excellent advice and has steered us through investing the funds to give us the best benefits. He has always reassured when the markets have been volatile and has communicated quickly when markets have dropped significantly (as they have sometimes in recent years). We have only just had a requirement to access some of our funds and Sean has again talked us through the process excellently.
