What could they have done better?
Sean exceeded my expectations and I cannot think of anything he could have done differently or better.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was looking for advice on how to consolidated multiple pension arrangements to make financial planning and management easier in my retirement. I was looking for someone that was local, who I could meet face to face, as well as online.
How has Sean helped you?
Sean provided expert and independent advice that helped me to understand my current pension arrangements and what actions I could take to meet my current and future financial needs. I found him very easy to speak to - he had the right balance of friendly and professional. He took the time to understand my circumstances; was quick to respond to queries; provided very clear information and helped me to understand and assess the level of risk I was comfortable with. He helped contact my pension provider and assess my options. He helped with the paperwork, making it very straightforward.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Sean helped me to consolidate my pension arrangements, where suitable, and set up an easy and accessible platform, where I can track my portfolio. This is exactly what I was looking for and I was surprised at how simple it was - wish I had spoken to him years ago!

Nothing , the whole experience from initial meeting with Sean , going through the transfer process and setting up my portfolio was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations

I had a few pensions and was keen to retire early but was very unsure if financially it was viable

Yes in fact early indications are extremely positive and Sean is always available to answer any questions I have about my investments

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
As a self employed, recently turned limited company director, I had set up a pension in panic 6 years ago with another advisor but I didn't understand where my money was going or how much I should be putting away. Sean came recommended by a client of mine and has taken the time to explain things in such a way that make sense to me.
How has Sean helped you?
Sean has sat me down a couple of times to actually explain how investing works and transferring all my previous investments to him was super easy. He's very on the ball when things need attention and is super proactive with my savings.

I have! I now understand how much makes sense to invest from my business and he's taking the stress out of my pension planning.

I was looking to start an investment portfolio but lacked knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.

Sean has been very patient in listening to what type of investments I wanted, my attitude to risk and my longer term goals. He has suggested funds that meet my investment objectives and has provided detailed information to allow me to learn how my money is invested so that I can feel more involved and confident.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I received correspondence from my financial advisor that they were not doing my type of work in the future. I looked on the internet for a financial advisor and came across the site of Sean’s and was ideally looking for a small business rather than the corporate firm I used before, I was looking for a more personal service.
How has Sean helped you?
Very much so, I learned more in the initial meeting than I had leaned in the past five years

Yea my money has been moved to a new platform and I more than pleased with the result
