What could they have done better?
Absolutely nothing that I can think off. In actual fact Sean has been to see a friend of mine for pension advice and my friend was extremely impressed with Sean.

Company my pension was with previous was transferred to Sean. He got in touch immediately and explained circumstances around this.

Recently semi retired and Sean helped with fantastic advice and pointers that were most suitable for me in my situation. Cannot speak highly enough regarding Sean and his advice.

Yes and annuity actually turned out to be a higher payment than was initially forecast. He was on the ball with everything and his advice was fantastic.
