Nothing. Ross is reachable and easy to get hold of/schedule time with. He's also responsive over email for anything requiring a quicker or easier response.

Consolidation of pension arrangements and the requirement to improve returns, along with planning for retirement.

Ross has helped me understand and guided me through my pension provision. His explanations are easy to understand and his guidance has been terrific.

Yes, for sure. The transfers and consolidation have all happened. We await performance over time which will be reviewed annually to ensure performance is in line with expectations.
