Gerard could not have been more supportive. My only feedback was about the support team sending the risk assessment and other questionnaires through sooner, as I only received them 10 minutes before the call. Otherwise the whole experience was fantastic!
Gerard took the time to explain everything in detail, which enabled me to make an informed decision regarding my pensions
I didn’t fully understand the assessment and why the initial recommendations of that assessment had been applied, which I found quite prescriptive. Having an actual conversation and the ability to ask questions really helped me to drill down and make informed choices

The phone call quality is not great. Possibly may be using VOIP. I strongly believe that the existing "landline" service is much clearer than any call I have made or received digitally.

Through a pension I had from my previous employment needed advice on how to deal with it .
He's helped and advised me on withdrawing off my pension and putting it to good use not very good with all the terms of it all but he has helped and made me feel at ease and confident with my pension.
