What could they have done better?
I can't really find any faults with the way jiten acted. He made finding a mortgage so simple, his skill of communication was brilliant, we were full informed and understood eary step off the way.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was buying a residential home, and already had a but to lets.
How has Jiten helped you?
Jiten understood my situation, but asking and reviewing requested documentation. He was able to fully understand my position and advise me and my wife, breaking down options, explaining every point, making sure we understood before moving on. Brilliant
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We are now owing of our first home, thanks t the advice and hard work of jiten, to secure a mortgage in great time.
