What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I transferred my workplace pension to a personal plan whilst my wife amalgamated her various pension plans.
How has Saf helped you?
I am quite risk averse and can worry when market fluctuations go against me. Saf is always there to re-assure me in his calm, unflustered, professional manner. He is 100% aware of our life plans and is fully involved in all these decisions with his advice, financial tools and re-assurance. He’s virtually one of the family.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, we’re on plan and a lot of that is achieved through Saf’s guidance and advice. Re-assurance is a word I use a lot (because I constantly need it) and I get it from Saf because he knows how to show me what I need to know to prove I’m on track.

What could they have done better?
nothing, seamless process and even managed to get a cheaper rate with the same advisor once the an initial rate had been agreed and there was subsequent rate fluctuations prior to completion.
