Joe is a very knowledgeable adviser who listened and provided good advice to my specific situation. Joe looked at my pension and investment options and talked through various options to allow me a better outcome when planning my retirement. The financial advice I have received is very professional and helpful. Joe advised the best options for me, under my circumstances and with my funds. Joe has given me a professional and personable service to allow me to retire early at 58. The service Joe and the WOA team gives is exceptional.

My husband and I, initially met with Joe and Chris who listened carefully to our needs and made sensible, bespoke suggestions which they explained thoroughly. Following this, Joe has been our ongoing advisor while moving into retirement fully and our focal point for all planning and requirements through this time and process. Not a lot from my perspective. The process was smooth, timely, I felt well supported throughout and ultimately the desired outcome was achieved.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My organisation was looking to move away from their current pension provider and as such I contacted Joe (on the recommendation of our accountants) looking for his advice in the identification of an alternative pension provider.
How has Joe helped you?
Joe supported us throughout the end to end process in terms of initially meeting to understand our needs from a future pension provider, carrying out the review exercise, presenting his findings and recommendations and finally supporting the smooth transition to the new provider.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely. We have moved to a new provider within the agreed timeframes and over all it was an incredibly smooth process with excellent communication throughout.
