What could they have done better?
I honestly can't think of anything which could have been done better. All of my requests for advice or funds have been actioned to the level of Service Excellence.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I wanted to retire at 55 years of age. I had an amount of private pensions and needed advice to understand my options. Chris Breward had been recommended to me by friends.
How has Chris helped you?
It was a daunting time for me as I had very little understanding of how the private pension system worked. Chris gave me a good understanding of the system & more importantly the understanding of the options I had with my private pensions funds. Chris and his team gave me a professional, knowledgeable and personable service to allow me to retire at 55. Chris's focus is to advise what the best option is for me, under my circumstances and with my funds. He has given me confidence in the private pension process and knowing my funds are as safe under WOA. The service Chris gives is exceptional and easily achieves Service Excellence. In my 37 years of adult life, WOA is only 1 of 3 global companies that I have experienced this level of service.

Far exceeded my expectations. I retired aged 53 & have been retired now for almost 3 years. I'm truly living my dream.

Chris gave me advice about my pensions to which we invested them with chris My wife finished work so I'm able to draw money to cover the lost wages.

I'm very happy with the outcome don't think I've lost any pensions investment.

I have no complaints, they are at the end of the phone if I need anything answering, their portal is a great asset, giving me answers and for me checking my portfolio.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Needed someone to tie all my pensions, serp contributions, savings etc under one umbrella

Chris, has done that and gave sound financial advice and planning for my retirement.

There is always room for improvement with everything in life, but on this particular occasion it’s a hard act to follow.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I’ve always wanted to retire at a reasonable age and when I saw people younger than me taking early retirement I thought how can that be possible? Spoke to a few coworkers and Chris was highly recommended.

Chris is open, honest and very professional. He doesn’t mess with big words that people at my level don’t understand but puts forward a very realistic view offering true facts of what is achievable with your personal finances. A very trustworthy guy.

We are on track with changes as my state pension is now being introduced into the plan.
