Having just retired I needed independent financial advice with my savings, and through family contact, who was already dealing with Andrew, I contacted him

I can't think of anything off hand that could have made the process any smoother.

What could they have done better?
I can get in contact with them when I want to but I did feel once when they yet again did the right thing with my investments when they were starting to reduce in value and put a hold on them they could have contacted me to actually put my mind at ease .

My Mum had been with Fogwill & Jones over many years and had had great investment advice with great outcomes so I decided to use these services for myself and my family.

Andrew chatted to me regarding investments stocks and shares - explained how they worked and how your investments could gain and lose in simple terms.

I am very pleased with the outcome - I have seen my investments go up and down but they have been looked after and invested very well over a few years now
