What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We have been customers of Fogwill & Jones for a number of years and Rob recently took over as our adviser

Providing advice and support on our investments and pensions and retirement planning

Not yet as still in process. We have been impacted by the overall downturn in the markets and hoping recent advice will support an improvement in our return

Perhaps give the verbal advice more slowly.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I have been with Fogwills for over 10 years and was passed on to Robert Wilkinson a few weeks ago from Andrew Ball (I dont really know why) I met Robert for the first time last week. Robert was very comprehensive in our interview, but I couldn't really understand everything he discussed with me. However I do have confidence in him and am pleased I will possibly have 6 monthly meetings, rather than an annual meeting.

I have seen up to date paperwork which is satisfactory as far as I understand it.

A will inheritance from my late father who also dealt with F&J.

Robert has taken over from Sophie and he has recently up-dated my financial requirements.

Too early to say, but Robert has put me in touch with Diane at your office re. possible tax liability for HMRC.

Yes in terms of good advice and expertise (but no in that the actions of Liz Truss and co damaged many people's financial situations).
