What could they have done better?
There was a missing valuation on a pension where a letter of authorisation was already in place, but now sure that was entirely Kendra's error.

She was genuinely interested in me as a person, finding out what was important to me and the impact of that on my investments. As always with this company I was reassured by our conversation that my investments were in good hands.

Nothing Anne did everything we hoped for.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We are in our early 50’s and thought we wouldn’t really be able to get a mortgage without the repayments being extortionate, also we are in a house that not many lenders would lend on and Anne was able to source the right mortgage companies.
