I wanted advice on financial investments and pension and I had some questions about insurances.

Ben went out of his way to explain various options to me, and then he prepared a thorough proposal based on my goals and needs. I experienced him as very knowledgable as well as personable and friendly.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
His advice was extremely valuable, I am not at the stage of seeing any outcomes yet.

I have numerous investments with another broker but I wasn’t happy with fees or the return I was getting so I needed to find another advisor

Yes. Investing was easy and the app to track them is very good.
