What could they have done better?
I honestly am struggling to answer this one.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was approaching retirement and needed professional guidance to manage my retirement funds and plans to maximum risk-managed effect.
How has Paula helped you?
Although I felt I had already accumulated a certain amount of awareness and financial literacy, pockets of knowledge so to speak, Paula was able to bring the full picture; she joined all the dots and really spoke about everything I should consider for the future, allocation of pension savings and funds, attitiude to risk, withdrawing it, spending it, my wife, my family, everything. In fact I think the biggest compliment I can give is that my wife really has grown appreciate Paula being there for both of us.

Paula's professional advice and friendly approach is top notch so I can't see how it could have been better.

I was looking for an investment platform that would offer security for my pension income

When Paula initially came to see us she quickly grasped a full understanding of what we were hoping to achieve. The advice Paula initially gave us and continued to give us throughout the years has proven to be honest and reliable. Through Paula we are confident that our investments are right for us and will meet our expectations.

Our ultimate goal was to achieve stability of our investment and with the detailed risk analysis undertaken by Paula and the product she recommended we have been able to maintain our required level of stability.

I quite happy with the out come.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Originally I had about 7 pensions, which needed sorting and putting together, and I couldn't do it.
How has Stuart helped you?
He was very good about explaining what I need to do to consolidate all my pensions, had a few meetings to review where we up to.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, things have gone well, though I not much of a gambler so he did it safely for me.
