Nimon got us an excellent rate,; negotiated a repayment mortgage in spite of my age and was helpful and responsive throughout the process

What could they have done better?
Nothing. Nimon exceeded all expectation and went above and beyond during our process together. Our process was difficult at times to say the least but Nimon pulled us through and I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this guy.

Buying my first property.

Nimon has been absolutely incredible. Super patient, efficient and informative. And foremost, helped get me on the property ladder.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was a first time buyer who needed a Morgage quickly due to finding our perfect home and was worried we may lose the sale.
How has Nimon helped you?
Nimon was absolutely amazing, although his rates maybe higher than other brokers, they were higher for a reason. He made me feel very comfortable and absolutely trust that he would do everything in his power to get me my Morgage offer. I admit I went else where when I realised I could get the same job done much cheaper but realised very quickly I did not receive the same service. The other two companies seemed very busy, too busy in-fact to answer any of my calls or emails. Nimon never missed a call from me and always made me feel as if I was him main priority. My situation was quite complex, I worked for an agency with different hours and pay each week, I received a working tax credit and had previously been furloughed - a lot of reasons a bank would not want to make me an offer. Nimon presented my information to the bank in such a professional way that they were very happy to offer me my Morgage. I would throughly recommend him and his team to anyone who was looking for that added extra mile that he is willing to go to.

Yes I have completely received the outcome I was hoping for and ? could not have got my dream home without Nimon and his team!
