What could they have done better?
Nothing - advice given when I presented what I wished for, a plan of action was initiated and followed- to a great success.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I wanted to be in a position to retire at 60yr old.
How has Callum helped you?
The advice from Callum and the step by step process to enable me to retire early was invaluable- he gave me the options and steered choices which have come to fruition and I am in a good position to be able to retire early.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely- I was able to retire before my 58th birthday so two years earlier than anticipated- so the advice has been awesome.

I was initially with Callum/ Mike Matthews/ Andy Binns at MSM.

At this moment I don't think they could have. I'm a very happy customer.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We are self employed and have worked with Tom's organisation for many years. We knew previous members of the team including the original owner, once she retired we were a little bit worried re the quality and standard of advice we would receive but it has continued to be very helpful and useful.
How has Tom helped you?
He's very responsive, understands our personal circumstances, takes time to listen to our needs and wants and adds real value to our financial decision making. I always learn a little from him, for example this morning I started the meeting with an outline of what I was planning to do however his advice changed my approach as a result of the tax implications doing it my way. I achieved the same outcome but in a more tax effective way.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I have just highlighted this in the comment above, my outcome was achieved in a more tax efficient way thanks to Tom's advice.

Following death of our parents, we believed we should take advice. At the time, it was Jill Thomas.

Tom listens and takes the time to get to know us. We feel seen as individuals, not just clients. All the staff are really helpful, professional as well as personable.
