What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Lee was recommended to me by my previous adviser who was retiring. Approaching retirement age (another 2 to 3 years), I need advice and reassurance as to my pension pot.
How has Lee helped you?
Lee is excellent at explaining the various options that are open to me now that I am approaching the end of my working life. Because I am no expert in finance, he illustrates the series of numbers with clear graphics that make sense to me.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Definitely, although I am not drawing any pension yet, I can see what will happen in terms of "possible" income during my retirement years. I expected advice and I do get clear advice.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I am terrible with my investments and when my great grandma passed away I decided to pull myself together and source the information and guidance I needed to get myself into a more secure situation for my future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My personal financial adviser (for over 30 years) John Feron decided to transfer his business to Shipman Wealth and specifically in my case to Joanne. John had been excellent help to me in every way and he wanted to be secure that someone taking over my affairs was going to be of the highest integrity and competence. Once I met Joanne at the ‘take over’ I was immediately impressed by her personal understanding of my needs and circumstances. In the year or so she has worked for me I am sure that John made the right choice. I feel so comfortable dealing with her and I am sure she has my best interests at heart.
How has Joanne helped you?
Yes. My partner of 25 years died in January and Joanne dealt with my affairs relating to that, in a respectful and smooth way.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
It is too early to pass comment except to say Joanne had ‘done all the work’ and and kept me informed diligently

Initially, James helped me avoid a Loss of monies when my Pension Provider, Equitable Life disappeared from the financial scene + helped me make a Claim on them.

YES, as the WRAP has broadly remained static, even though I have been drawing regular Pension Income for many years.
