What could they have done better?
Sometimes the forms and instructions which were sent over to be completed were a little confusing. However, Dave always responded quickly to our questions and was helpful and reassuring. He also told us when he was out of the office for leave etc. and so we always knew where we were with him. He also fought our corner when the lender was being a bit awkward towards the end.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My son needed a mortgage to buy his first home which I needed to guarantee. Because his income was relatively low, the companies who would grant a mortgage were limited. I am also over 60 and this also limited our choice.
How has Dave helped you?
Dave helped us to find a company willing to lend. He had previously done the same when we wanted to buy an apartment in a grade 2* listed building. It is also hard to find companies willing to lend for this and Dave found one!

Moving house and needing advice due to also owning buy to let properties within a limited company.
How has Dave helped you?
Dave has helped me on numerous occasions both with my residential properties and my buy to let properties, always giving me the best advice on which mortgage would be best suitable for my situation. They have also helped me to release equity from properties.
