What could they have done better?
There is quite literally nothing that Kirstie could have done better. As I have admitted to Kirstie over seventeen years, I am hopelessly naive as far as finances go, so have had to put all my trust in Kirstie. She's helped me to understand a little more, and I mean a little more, but to know she's watching my back is all I need to know.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Unique circumstances in that I already had a financial adviser who's workload became unmanageable, and they recommended Woodwards of Ripley and my financial wellbeing was thankfully taken on by Kirstie.
How has Kirstie helped you?
Kirstie has taken care of all of the previously ticked areas of my financial life for the last 17 years. Her advice, knowledge, help, care and professionalism has been absolutely brilliant and has just given me complete confidence to leave all my financial matters in her very capable hands. I am always able to contact her if needed and am always reminded when my review is due. Crucially, when I reached a point where I needed, wanted to retire, she was my first go to in order to assess whether I was in a position to do so. Of course, her advice, as always, enabled me to make that life changing decision with no concerns at all. I trust her implicitly, and her care and attention over those 17 years has given me the financial security that allows me to enjoy my life now and in the future.

I have not just seen the outcome I was hoping for, but way in excess of that. That again is down to the regular updates, advice and just the care and interest that she has taken over time.

The time it took seemed to be very lengthy. I do not believe that this was under Woodward's control but it took several months, much longer than I anticipated.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was interested to look at my options for early retirement.
