What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I decided to look for an adviser as I knew I would be receiving an inheritance and it made sense to start the process of looking at what could be possible with that inheritance. My long term partner had also inherited a significant sum some years ago and also needed advice on how to best manage it.
How has Lanre helped you?
Lanre has been hugely helpful to us. When we first met he immediately set about finding out who we are as people, what our lives are like and then where we are financially. He worked with us to explore what we wanted and needed for our day to day lives and for our futures. The whole process was relaxed and supportive whilst still being focused. One piece of advice was that we could consider getting married. After 30 years together we decided to give it a go. When it came to the point of deciding on how to mange the monies we had inherited Lanre presented clear options. We felt able to discuss these options and we both felt empowered to say what we wanted.
