My long standing Financial Advisor had not been in contact despite my repeated requests for an update meeting. He then decided to retire and I needed a new advisor as my pension had been neglected for a good few years.
How has Rory helped you?
Rory managed to find an old pension I had from over 30 years ago and despite the unhelpfulness of the company, he persevered and found my details and policy. He then reviewed my existing investments and provided me with a much better investment for my pension with less administration fees then what I was currently being charged. I am not an expert in these matters, but he talked me through each process and explained the details in a language that I understood

Yes, Rory is also great on the Customer Service side and has constantly kept me updated on my pension transfer.
