I can't think of anything
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I wanted someone who could protect and provide some security for my retirement and investments. It was important that they were professional, trustworthy and honest and had my best interests and needs at the forefront of their decision making.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark has fulfilled all my expectations of someone who really cares about me as a person. I have worked hard all my working life and feel my efforts and rewards are being watched over and managed by someone who is passionate and true to their profession.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have. The peace of mind it gives me at this stage of life allows me to concentrate on enjoying what I like to do most.

Lack of personal knowledge and concern we were getting the best from our savings

Absolutely, we had some advice previously but never very felt sure whether we were getting a personal service but working with Mark had thoroughly reassured us.

Mark has looked after our finances and tailored our investments to our needs. Mark is friendly, easily accessible, very knowledgeable and gives open and honest guidance. Giving us the confidence for life long financial planning.

We have been very happy with the continuing outcome of our investments, especially considering the rocky landscape in the past few years with Covid and political unrest.

My family have all been advised by Mark for many years, and he has always provided fantastic service and advice
How has Mark helped you?
It is hard to overemphasise quite how much Mark has helped me. He has always given sage and helpful financial advice in the short, medium and long term, and has always steered me in the right direction. However, much more than this, he has always been unbelievably kind and caring toward our family, especially through some trying times, during which his calmness, kindness and circumspection were exactly what was needed. He makes every client feel as if he is their only client, and is fully invested (no pun intended) in their present and future happiness.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Almost always, and whenever any outcome hasn't been completely perfect, Mark has been able to explain exactly why, and suggest more beneficial alternatives.
