We can’t recommend Steve and his company highly enough. He helped us get a really satisfactory deal on our mortgage, and worked really hard for us to ensure a potentially stressful process went smoothly for us. He was friendly and warm and helped us as nervous first time buyers feel at ease. Steve even at times went above and beyond, giving us general advise and support, as well as giving us great recommendations for a solicitor.

What could they have done better?
Honestly, I don't think there is anything Steve could have done better. He was knowledgeable, approachable, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better adviser and would happily recommend him to others.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
As a first-time buyer purchasing a property on my own, I had very little knowledge of the mortgage process or the home-buying journey. I wanted expert guidance to help me understand my options, navigate the process, and ensure I was making informed decisions throughout.
How has Steve helped you?
Steve was fantastic from start to finish. He explained every stage of the mortgage process clearly and was incredibly patient with the many questions I had as a first-time buyer. He took the time to make sure I understood everything, never made me feel rushed or under pressure, and was always happy to talk things through. Communication throughout was excellent. Steve responded quickly to emails, was always available for a call when needed, and kept me updated throughout the process, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. He also provided advice on life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. Again, he explained the different options in a way that was easy to understand, allowing me to choose the cover that best suited my circumstances without feeling pressured.

Absolutely. I have successfully completed on my first home and felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. Steve made what initially seemed like an overwhelming experience straightforward and much less stressful, and I always felt confident that I was receiving honest, professional advice.
