What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My partner and I were looking to buy our first house, and I’m self-employed. At the time, I only had one year of tax returns, but I was close to reaching the two-year mark. So, we decided to start preparing ahead of April to make sure everything was in place when the time came.
How has Siobhan helped you?
Siobhan was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Even though I only had one year of tax returns, she managed to find us a lender who was happy to work with that. She guided us through every step, explained our options clearly, and actually got us a mortgage approved much sooner than we expected.
