Despite receiving a mortgage offer initially, Matthew flagged a few weeks before our exchange and completion that mortgage rates had moved in our favour by almost 0.2%, which allowed us to secure a cheaper mortgage just before completing our purchase. Matthew was able to act quickly and get the provider to process the application in a short timeframe
