What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was looking to arrange life insurance and remortgage my home. Having previously worked with Matthew to arrange my initial mortgage, I was happy to return to him for advice and support with both.
How has Matthew helped you?
Matthew has been an excellent mortgage and life insurance adviser. He is incredibly patient, personable and always willing to go above and beyond to help. When I needed to remortgage quickly this time around to avoid an upcoming rate increase, he acted immediately, talked me through a range of options and made the whole process incredibly straightforward. He is always approachable, responsive and generous with his time. I will most certainly return to Matthew for advice in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend him to others.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, absolutely. Matthew was able to act very quickly and secure the mortgage rate I was hoping for before the rate increase. The whole process was handled efficiently and smoothly, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome

How has Elliot helped you?
Elliot initally took the time to understand my circumstances, spending and lifestyle to mke reccomedations. Initally we agreed to start smaller and build over time, which I think has been the best route for me. Elliot made sure i understand everything that was happening, in laymans terms - could not have asked for better advice.
