Being introduced by my partner who was looking for pensions dvice.

Address the fact that my portfolio, previously under a managed service, was not delivering the performance they themselves had forecasted and also demonstrated the expensive fees they were charging.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
It's way too early to tell, but Tom has been very personable and supportive in explaining basic financial information and in helping me to transfer funds.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My company pension came to a halt when I was made redundant so I wanted to set up a personal pension so I could continue to save for my retirement.
How has Tom helped you?
Tom sat down with me on more than one occassion and explained everything and made me aware of what options I had available. The information he gave me was so detailed that it really enabled me to be sure I was not only investing in a way that aligned with my ethics, but also gave me the greatest investment opportunities. On top of this I wanted to consolidate existing pensions which I had previously struggled to do, but with Tom's help he ensured all my pots were transferred into one without any hassle.

I am extremely happy with my current pension situation and feel content that my investment is in the best possible place for me at this time.
