What could they have done better?
I dont think Tom could do anything better. He was very good at explaining everything and making it easy to understand. He listened to everything you wanted and came up with ways for you to achieve the best from your pension. What is best for your life style. Very pleased with his services.

I was looking on advice on my pensions as I wanted to start taking them and needed advice on the best way to do this.
How has Tom helped you?
Tom was very helpful. We had a couple of meetings, he was very good explaining the different sorts of pensions. Helping me to decide what I want to get out of my pension and the best way to achieve that. He didnt rush me or push me into anything. He went away and sorted out options for me and my pensions and the next time we met we went through this to see what would be best for me. Tom was not pushy in any way, he was really helpful breaking everything down. I was really impressed with Tom. He was very respectful and gave me great advice. I would recommend Tom and his firm any day of the week.

Yes, the pension came through much quicker than i thought it would.

I had a small pension which was underperforming. I was looking to increase contributions and needed advice about what would be needed to generate an appropriate retirement income.

Analysis of my previous pension. Calculations about how I could achieve a retirement income. Advice about risk options ans contribution levels. Monthly newsletters and an annual one to one meeting help keep me informed.

To review my pension arrangements and provide advice on the investment strategy required to ensure I have sufficient funds available to meet my target retirement age and retirement income objectives.
How has Tom helped you?
I had four separate pension arrangements. Tom reviewed my existing pensions and advised how much I should contribute to my main pension to help ensure sufficient funds are available at retirement. He also recommended consolidating my smaller pensions into a separate investment fund with the potential to generate higher long-term returns. In addition, we reviewed my household expenditure and discussed ways to reduce my outgoings, allowing me to allocate additional funds towards my pension and retirement planning.
