I've never looked for an adviser. I manage my Mother's financial affairs now that she is no longer capable of doing so and continued worked with CIFA as she had done so for a number of years.
How has Tara helped you?
Tara has helped to understand how best to provide for my Mother's final years. I am not interested in finance per se and have little knowledge, so Tara's help has been invaluable in ensuring that I recognise the financial priorities to meet my goals (i.e. providing income to pay for my Mothers care).
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Tara accepts that I am not naturally attuned to the finance and investment world and has adapted her approach to suit my needs. For me, the best indicator of success is that the process works effectively with little input from me.
