The service was excellent from start to finish.

I was struggling to get access to my AVC.

He sorted out access, closure of the account and found a product with much better returns than I had previously had.

What could they have done better?
Nothing! I was guided slowly with no pressure and John went out of his way to explain the outcome. A lovely, caring gentleman.

I was looking to invest my money for an income after retirement.

He has listened to my needs and I now receive a regular income from my investments and feel secure in the knowledge that he has guided me to the right decision for me.

What could they have done better?
John is phenomenal. He has a wealth of knowledge and very passionate about his role. I don’t think John could have advised us any better. He has guided us and my wife and we have taken on board his advise and followed his guidance and we are now reaping the rewards.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We had a lot of savings in our current Bank Account which was not really earning us a great deal in regards of a return. My wife and I needed this money to work for us.
How has John helped you?
John, with his wealth of knowledge advised my wife and I how best to make our money work for us and where to invest.

In simple terms yes. Our money/savings are now working for us.

John took time to understand my options and helped me invest some of inheritance. Also consolidation of some of my pensions

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Taking early retirement and receiving a lump sum which needed investing. Later receiving an inheritance that needed investing.
How has John helped you?
He checked my attitude to risk and what I wanted to achieve from my investments. He advised me about the various products available to make full use of my ISA allowance and also to be able to draw cash easily when needed. He later advised me on the ethical products available when I wanted to move my money into ethical investments.
