He is very easy to talk to, explains things clearly and is always happy to explain and clarify any query I have now that I have Power of Attorney for my husband so am dealing with our financial situation . On the occasions I have contacted him , he replies quickly and doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable even if the query is a simple one!
