Nothing comes to mind. I’ve been very happy with the level of service, communication, and support provided so far.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I was looking for professional guidance to help me better understand financial planning and investing, particularly as I have limited prior investment experience. I also needed advice that could take into account my situation across more than one country, rather than being limited to a purely UK-focused approach.

Ben has provided clear, transparent, and well-structured financial advice, taking the time to explain options and strategies in a way that is easy to understand. He is professional yet approachable, very responsive to questions, and always willing to arrange a call to talk things through. I’ve particularly valued his ability to explain complex topics without jargon and to provide advice that considers international investments and tax implications across different jurisdictions.

Nothing at the moment. Communication and sound, sensible advice are vital elements in the Client and the Financial Advisor relationship something which I cannot fault at present.

I retired at 55 years old and wanted to earn more through investments than I would through a regular pension

Massively, Jonathan has demystified (for me) the world of how SIPP's work and given me a thorough explanation behind my portfolio. He examined my portfolio & funds giving me extremely sound and professional advice for the way forward - thus giving me far more confidence in my current and future investments. I feel that Jonathan is proactive in offering advice coupled with a personal approach when dealing with my account.
