We were looking to purchase a new home and needed reliable, expert guidance to secure the right mortgage setup. We wanted an adviser who could handle the process efficiently and guide us through the application smoothly.

Sam has been fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the application process completely stress-free. She is exceptionally responsive and fast at updating our application whenever changes arose, such as updating mortgage amounts and reissuing gifted deposit documentation for lenders.

Yes, absolutely. Sam secured our mortgage arrangement without any stress and has kept everything on track seamlessly.

I needed to review my life insurance and income protection policies following remortgage.
How has Samantha helped you?
Sam reviewed the existing policies which i hold and searched the market for other policies which met my needs.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes absolutely. The current life insurance policies in place provided sufficient cover. Sam did not seem to push us into getting a product which was not suitable for us. In relation to income protection Sam was brilliant, efficient and explained everything in a very digestible way.

Samantha helped us with our first house purchase and mortgage. As we aren’t savvy with these kinds of things, Sam really helped us with what suited us best and we trust her judgment and advice wholeheartedly.

She’s given us advice on what best suited our situation. She gave us many different options and helped us pick what would help us in the future. She’s friendly and very easy to work with. She was speedy with reply and works hard when the process isn’t as up to speed as we were hoping for.
