What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I wanted to know how best to make my money grow. I also had pensions from various past employment and wanted to collate them all together.
How has Charlotte helped you?
Charlotte has made me think about the future and the decisions I can make now. She is so knowledgeable and explains everything so well.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
In this volatile economy you have to be patient, but I have definitely made the right decisions and can start to see some growth.

What could they have done better?
So far, in this first year I do not think that SJP could have bettered their performance. Charlotte has been excellent.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My wife and I had both had a stocks and shares isa with Scottish Widows for many years but their performance were poor. We never received one phone call or email in all that time.
How has Charlotte helped you?
At the initial meeting in June, 2023, Charlotte advised us in great detail how our money would be invested if we transferred our investments from SW. she also outlined how much it would cost us initially and the costs per year. Our assets were transferred in June, 2023.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We had another meeting in 2023, followed by one in March, 2024. The outcome after 8 months is that our assets have increased by 12.8% but Charlotte is not content and believes the risks can be mitigated. It is great to know that our investments are being monitored regularly.
