Wanted to mortgage a property we already owned.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark initially advised on the likelihood of getting a mortgage, given our circumstances. He then found a suitable product for us and arranged everything. All we had to do was send him various documents to confirm our situation to the lender. The mortgage was appropriate and the interest rate was competitive. Mark is one of the few people you can count on to do exactly what he tells you he will do within the timeframe he gives you. We have dealt with Mark on several occasions, and not once has he failed to deliver.

Mark was extremely helpful, efficient and explained everything so well to a non-finance/mortgage savvy person. He was very kind, patient and responded by my calls and emails almost immediately, every time. My situation was complicated and he was highly discreet, sensitive and professional. I couldn't recommend him more highly and will definitely be seeking his advice and help again in the future. And crucially, he found the best deals on the market at the time.

Mark helped us to get a mortgage that’s was the best for us in our situation. He made it very clear that we were in this together and made sure we got the results we needed.

Yes we have, with marks expertise it actually meant that we got more sorted than we thought possible.
What could they have done better?
I honestly can’t think of anything mark could have done better, he was open and honest from the beginning and didn’t make any promises he couldn’t keep. Even responding to us and answering queries on his day off!
