What could they have done better?
Nothing to improve. I did not have to do the calls to the mortgage provider and worry about getting competitive quotes or what I might have missed. Advice was very broad wrt current and future outgoings.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Needed a Mortgage approaching retirement age and using draw down as deposit. Needed an advisor who could understand my circumstance and with market knowledge.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
Initially I needed a Mortgage for a new property in Sept 2021, since then I have also remortgaged and refinanced to help with debt consolidation.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark was excellent in providing expert advice and talking me through the options available to me. I was quite nervous talking about our finances but Mark made me feel at ease and he found me excellent mortgage rates based on the current volatile market rates. Through Mark we secured our first mortgage and subsequent remortgage and most recently we refinanced to enable us to consolidate our debts to a more affordable amount.

The outcome Mark achieved for us was excellent and he has really helped us achieve savings and affordable mortgage and remortgage payments.
