What could they have done better?
Nothing - the whole process with Mark was excellent and 'normal' - like normal language used and nothing confusing.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I had been renting for many years and finally had the opportunity to seek a mortgage. I was recommended to seek the help from Mark by a friend who said he was excellent. To which i would agree with - I wouldn't of been able to secure a mortgage without all of Mark's help - honest and good advice.
How has Mark helped you?
To secure my home via a mortgage and finally i am back on the property ladder

Mark was recommended to me 5 years who’s to help with the purchase of my house be he was such a big help and gave a fantastic service so when it came to remortgaging it was a no brainier to go with him again.
