What could they have done better?
I honestly can’t think of anything. Mark was professional, responsive, and made the whole process as smooth as possible.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My previous adviser was unhelpful and made the whole mortgage process feel confusing and stressful. I was struggling to make progress and needed someone more knowledgeable and proactive to guide me.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark made what felt like an impossible situation completely manageable. He explained everything clearly, was always available to answer questions, and worked hard to find a mortgage solution that suited my circumstances. His support took a lot of the stress away.

Yes, absolutely. Thanks to Mark’s advice and guidance, I was able to secure a mortgage that I didn’t think would be possible. The whole process was much smoother than I expected, and I am very happy with the outcome.

I used Mark 5 years ago for a 5 year fixed rate mortgage, that has recently come to an end. I was delighted with the service then and didn’t think twice about asking for his help with me new mortgage.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
My partner and I were looking into buying our first home together and wanted to get advice as to the best way to structure our mortgage, and an understanding of what offers were available.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark was brilliant at explaining things clearly and patiently, happy to answer any question we had (however naïve it may be!). He secured a good deal for us on the mortgage for the house we have now completed on, and was able to discuss the various aspects of the house-buying process to give us some insight and help to build our confidence in what we were doing. He was routinely available to email, message and call so we never felt like he was far away.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely - we completed on the house purchase, and have locked in a 5-year deal on a mortgage which is under the current market average.
