What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I am a 24 year old and wanted to purchase a house on my own and I am self employed so things were appearing difficult to sort

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We initially contacted Mark to look at our options as to what we could afford when we decided looking. Mark reassured us that our position was fine and we could start looking asap. We then found a house within weeks and contacted Mark to help us with our mortgage product.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark helped us massively. Mark took away the stress from a very difficult period trying to secure a mortgage on a property that required a lot of renovation. It was a long process and Mark was great throughout.

We knew we would find it difficult to get a mortgage without help due to our financial circumstances and address history, we also hate this kind of admin and didn't really know what we were doing so a friend recommended we contact Mark, who they had had a great experience with in the past

Mark helped in every way possible! He got us a great deal and kept us sane through the process. He really went the extra mile, keeping us updated at all stages and being a supportive, reassuring ear whenever things got a bit stressful or confusing

Absolutely. Better than we were hoping for. We are over the moon to be completing tomorrow with a mortgage rate we can afford from a reputable high street bank. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
