What could they have done better?
I can't think of one thing Mark could do better. We were beyond pleased with our service.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We were in the process of buying our first property and wanted to get some advice about the unknown of mortgages and the relevant processes.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark has always, from the first telephone conversation, offered his knowledge and professionalism to support us over the whole 17 week process. He has been there at any given moment we've been in touch (which felt like 24/7). As well as this, he's checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure psychologically we were doing okay with the process, as with no knowledge, this can become overwhelming at times. At any moment he's felt the need to step in and take any stress away, he has, by offering reassurance and gaining information when required.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, we've seen the outcome and much more. Mark went above and beyond for us as clients. I would recommend Mark to anyone I know needing some advice and guidance.

First time buyers, was recommended Mark. Most services tried to charge us thousands of pounds. Mark was free. Hear really good things about his service.

Mark was constantly available. Always gave the best advice. Presented many options and was friendly and very helpful. Explained everything for the entire process so it was easy to understand.

Moving home and needed to port & get a new mortgage.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark was able to use his experience & give sound advise on what would work best for us regarding moving homes. He was very knowledgeable and was able to start the process with getting our mortgage ported, along with a new deal helping us save money.
