What could they have done better?

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
We had been with our old mortgage provider for over 10 years and didn’t feel we were getting the best value for money, and wanted to explore buying out of our fixed rate mortgage. We also wanted to explore other financial options to improve our financial situation in the lead up to my husbands retirement.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark was very quick to respond once initial contact was made. He is extremely professional, empathetic and down to earth which just helps to make you feel more relaxed and at ease. Mark gathered all relevant information from us and then went away to do his thing. We were extremely surprised at how quickly he came back to us with the options available to us. This again was delivered with confidence, care and compassion. Mark was very clear and managed expectations realistically. Having advice from an expert who clearly knows his stuff made a world of difference to us. Mark sorted out our remortgage and talked us through each step through the whole process. He has also helped us to sort out new life insurance policies to replace the not fit for purpose ones we initially had. Mark took away all of the stress and made this such an easy process.

I was a first time buyer attempting to navigate the world of mortgages. My friend recommended Mark as a mortgage advsior and highlighted he was very good.
How has Mark helped you?
Mark has been excellent all the way through this very difficult process. I would highly recommend Mark. He was very helpful and attentive. Very knowledgable and helpful throuout.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes! Despite there being numerous difficulties with the estate agents and solicitors, Mark was available for advice and guidance right untill the very end. I cant thank him enough!!
