Philip came to our home to advice on equity realise we found him to be very understanding and he advised us on going forward with our request. Easy to understand and knowledgeable on the matter. I would recommend him to advise on financial issues .

What could they have done better?
When advising of a timescale that he will get back in touch, he doesn't meet this dead line and we always have to chase. All he has to do is not give a deadline but a time frame and then that would stop the frequent chasing. apart from that cannot fault Phil.

What could they have done better?
They should go on a nation wide campaign to let the nation knows that, they're are still credit worth accountants/financial advisers still out there. the ones that cares about businesses financial footprint and also the mental health of the ones in-charge of these businesses. I now don't have to worry about my company nor my private life financial issues.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
I am the owner of Gordon O Group Ltd, where we specialises in Electrical installations Domestic/Commercial in building and construction. My previous accountant let me down so I was recommended to Mr. Phillip where straight away started working on my behalf without even being paid as he saw the urgency to save my business from the fines HMRC could have impose on us.

My Phillip got right in there and took over in a manner as if it was his own business and this is what made me gravitated to him on a professional level. My only wish was that why my mate hadn't introduced us way back but no more should, could, would he is now handling all the company financial issues and and our (yes my wife and I) financial issues as well oh and that of my sister in-law too!!!!!!!

Yes and Yes oh and YES... Company is now VAT registered he's going through the years of work left undone by the previous account. Listening the fines he have saved me and I hope HMRC don't read this as how can I explain to HMRC that I have paid an accountant and he hadn't done my work???? Is this fair on us as small business owners? The government needs to put some if not all the responsibilities on Accountants for failing us as rising businesses. You see how I am still hurt from the last guy despite Mr. Phillip best effort to go after him for the money he was paid I said to him no leave it with him as we have work to do lets focus on what's important to us. Yes this is my story, life can be so unfair but Mr. Phillip have given me a breath of fresh air and if you know what that mean you would understand how my lungs are overwhelmed now as I just can't get enough of his expertise.
